Kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n homojen bir yap\u0131ya ula\u015fmas\u0131, kurabiyelerin sonunda daha d\u00fczg\u00fcn bir dokuya sahip olmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131 bir kapta unu, kabartma tozunu ve tuzu bir araya getirip ka\u015f\u0131kla g\u00fczelce kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Ard\u0131ndan bu kuru kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 eleyerek tereya\u011fl\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131ma azar azar ekleyin. Her eklemeden sonra spatula ya da tahta ka\u015f\u0131kla hamuru nazik hareketlerle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n. Dinlenen hamur hem daha kolay \u015fekil al\u0131r hem de pi\u015ferken formunu korur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dinlenmi\u015f hamuru dolaptan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p ceviz b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde par\u00e7alar kopar\u0131n.
