Ard\u0131ndan unu azar azar ilave ederek yumu\u015fak k\u0131vaml\u0131 bir hamur yo\u011furun. Hamur ele yap\u0131\u015fmayacak k\u0131vama gelene kadar biraz daha un ekleyebilirsiniz. Hamuru yo\u011furduktan sonra \u00fczerini bir bezle \u00f6rterek, yakla\u015f\u0131k 1 saat kadar mayalanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in dinlendirin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu s\u0131rada i\u00e7 harc\u0131 haz\u0131rlamaya ge\u00e7ebilirsiniz. Bir tavada 1 su barda\u011f\u0131 unu k\u0131s\u0131k ate\u015fte, s\u00fcrekli kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak kavurun. Unun rengi de\u011fi\u015fip, kokusu \u00e7\u0131kana kadar kavurmaya devam edin. Kavrulmu\u015f unu so\u011fumaya b\u0131rak\u0131n.
