Trile\u00e7e, yumu\u015fac\u0131k dokusu ve muhte\u015fem lezzeti sayesinde damaklar\u0131 \u015fenlendiren bir tatl\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat bu geleneksel trile\u00e7e tarifleri genel olarak yo\u011fun kremas\u0131yla bilinmektedir. \u0130\u015fte tam da bu noktada devreye giri\u015f yap\u0131yoruz. Ka\u015f\u0131k yard\u0131m\u0131yla kek kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 borcam\u0131n her yerine yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daha sonra kekinizi \u00f6nceden \u0131s\u0131tm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz 170 derecelik f\u0131r\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 dakika kadar pi\u015firmeye b\u0131rak\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 dakikadan sonra f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 150 dereceye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrerek 30 dakika kadar pi\u015firmeye devam ediniz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karamel sosu i\u00e7in ise sos tavan\u0131z\u0131n i\u00e7erisine toz \u015fekeri alarak eritip, karamelize olas\u0131ya kadar pi\u015firme i\u015flemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriniz. Ara ara sos tavan\u0131z\u0131 sallay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u015eekerin tamamen erimesinden sonra i\u00e7erisine tereya\u011f\u0131 ekleyiniz ve kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak erimesini sa\u011flay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ard\u0131ndan suya ni\u015fastay\u0131 ekleyip kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rarak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcnmesini sa\u011flay\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz ni\u015fastal\u0131 suyu sosa ekleyiniz ve sosun k\u0131vam al\u0131p koyula\u015fas\u0131yla kadar pi\u015firme i\u015flemini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriniz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haz\u0131rlanan karamelize sosunuzu \u0131s\u0131ya kar\u015f\u0131 dayan\u0131kl\u0131 olan bir kab\u0131n i\u00e7erisine alarak so\u011fumaya b\u0131rak\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pi\u015fme i\u015fi tamamlanan kekinizi f\u0131r\u0131ndan ilk s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bekletiniz.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keki \u0131slatmak i\u00e7in \u015feker ile s\u00fct\u00fc bir kab\u0131n i\u00e7erisine alarak \u015feker eriyene kadar kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131n\u0131z.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kekinizin \u00fczerin k\u00fcrdan yard\u0131m\u0131yla delikler a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z ve haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funuz \u015fekerli s\u00fct\u00fc s\u0131cak kekin \u00fczerine gezdirin. Dinlendikten sonra dilimleyerek servis edebilirsiniz.
